Service Description

Overview:

• A site visit at your home by a professional designer who will consult with you on all your landscape needs.
• A detailed, large format plan-view drawing.
• A detailed quote that will break down the work to be performed upon installation.
• Complete installation of all hardscape and softscape is available by our professional installation staff.
• All of our installation work is guaranteed.
• All plant material and hardscape construction materials installed by C.D.L are warranted.

 Included in the Design

• Accurate and detailed plan-view drafting of plant beds, walls, decks, water features, and any other hardscape elements required.
• Description of all plant materials.
• Plant material lists for the design.
• An installation estimate for the proposed design project.

 Design Pricing

Site Visit:

• Our designers are available for site visit appointments on weekdays, weeknights, or Saturdays.
• It is in your best interest to arrange a site visit with the designer when all interested parties are available.  Important decisions pertaining to the design are made at the site visit-it is vital that everyone is in agreement about what the designer is to do.
• Upon arrival to the site visit the designer can measure the site to determine the design fee.  All design fees are based on the scale of the property-the bigger the property, the more a design will cost. A minimal design fee of $650.00 + tax applies to all designs.
